Service Description
Here to give your vehicle the best start in life, with our new car protection detail. Starting out with a thorough deep clean of the vehicle inside and out, Getting it to a stage of how a new vehicle should look, whilst preparing ready for the application of our protection products. Receiving an enhancement polish, to remove any light defects picked up during transport and delivery of your new vehicle. Once to our standards, your new vehicle will be protected for the future, with ceramic coating applied to paint, glass, alloys and leather. *Vehicle must be brand new or covered 1000 miles of less* Benefits of a ceramic coating: -Protection against light scratches, swirl marks, and wash marring. -Protection against UV damage, bird poo etching, tree sap and other chemical damage. -Increase paintwork depth and gloss. -Keeping your vehicle cleaner for longer and easier to maintain. Please note, this is not a paint correction package. If your vehicle requires restoration of deep scratches, swirl marks, or other imperfections, please check out our *Single and Dual Stage Paint Correction Packages* for a more intensive treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Here at TM'S AutoCare, we ensure that all of our services are of the highest quality possible, as seen by our five star reviews and numerous images across our social media pages. All we ask is that you follow our terms and conditions; in return, we will always deliver what we promise. Due to us been a mobile based valeting and detailing business, we do require that you can provide us with a source of electricity for our extension and a water source for our hose. When booking with us please ensure that there is enough room for the doors to open fully and there is a safe place for us to work in. If the interior of your vehicle is heavily embedded with mould, mud, vomit, blood, or pet hair there will be an added charge as more time and product will be needed.   Bookings. When scheduling your vehicle in with us, you will be requested to read these terms and conditions before any work is performed. Any bookings that are impacted by any of the above may incur full booking costs. An invoice will be sent to the address or email provided at the time of booking.  Upon booking with us, we will require a booking fee which will vary depending on the package, in the event of a cancellation this WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, you will be given the option to transfer to our next closest availability if notified at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. While we wish we could control the weather or traffic this is impossible, if this leads us cancelling your scheduled appointment, we will re book your booking to the closest availability we can provide. Failing to pay any invoices legal action will be taken, please remember we are trying to run a business and a booking we have missed is a cut from our wage and an available appointment that another customer could have received.Â
